SHIPPING
Once your credit card has been approved, and your delivery/billing address verified, your order will be dispatched from Haute Mama's location in Oxford by Interlink Express/DPD Ireland & Europe for international destinations or by Royal Mail and Interlink Express for UK destinations.
Dispatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.
We aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible provided that the items you have ordered are in stock. For orders placed and completed before 12pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch on the same day. For orders placed after 12pm (GMT) we will dispatch your order on the next working day. To avail of next day delivery service and /or Ireland Express orders must be placed before 12pm. To ensure prompt delivery we must have accurate and complete address details to ensure we can make one delivery charge per delivery address.
A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.
DELIVERY
For shipments within the UK we offer two services; Express Delivery which delivers to most UK post codes* on the next working day, and Standard Delivery which delivers to most UK post codes* 2 to 3 days after shipping. UK deliveries will be handled on Haute Mama's behalf by Royal Mail or Interlink Express/DPD (our nominated couriers).
(* note that some UK post codes such as Scottish Highlands and Islands require extra time for delivery to be made)
For shipments outside the UK we use both Royal Mail and Interlink Express courier service, depending on the size/weight of the order.
The table above is a guide to the delivery timing you should expect. This summarizes the number of working days between the despatch of your order from our Oxford location, to the day of delivery to your stated delivery address.
PACKAGING
Your Haute Mama purchase will be gift-wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with our signature stamp. All orders are further encased in exterior cardboard boxes with the Haute Mama logo & branding. If your order is a gift, we will be happy to add a printed (or handwritten - you choose) gift card with your delivery. Just let us know what you want to say on the gift card at the time of placing your order.
VAT
Haute Mama's prices include UK VAT for all EU customers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: DUTIES AND TAXES
For shipping destination outside the EU please note that your order will be shipped exclusive of import duties and customs charges: your order will be shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). In certain countries you may also be requested to pay additional import duties and local sales taxes at the time your order is delivered to you.
In the event that you wish to return any item, please note that import duties and local sales taxes will not be refundable by us.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS/REFUND
We want you to be delighted with you Haute Mama purchase or gift. We understand however that on occasion you may want to change or return an item for a different size or colour.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon receipt, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of the original packaging.
You may return your goods to us and we will refund your purchase in full, except for the delivery charge, provided that the goods are received by us unused, in a perfect, saleable condition, with all tags attached. We will not accept returns for non-faulty items which have been worn and/or tags removed.
We also require that you return the goods to us within 15 days of the date on which we dispatched your original order.
We regret that certain lingerie items such as knickers cannot be returned and we would request that you check your sizing carefully when ordering these items. We will accept returns of bras. In the case of certain items of lingerie or swimwear, the original hygiene strip must be in place.
In the interests of hygiene and security we are unable to offer a refund on cosmetics, lotions or creams.
All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
RETURNS PROCEDURES
Goods are returned to Haute Mama at your own expense unless part of a 'free return shipping' promotional special.
We recommend that you send by recorded post and that you retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit.

Please ensure that you return the goods to us within 15 days of the date of despatch of our order to you. We will not be able to accept returns made outside this time period. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the sole discretion of Haute Mama and could only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase.
Please note that any international duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
When we receive your returned item(s), we will check the items and will only process them as returns if all the tags are in place. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we shipped them, we will arrange the refund against your credit/debit card. This refund will be done within 10 days of Haute Mama having received the returned goods.
